Can I pre order?

If there is a particular item you like please send us an email with the subject field marked as ‘Pre Order Enquiry’ and we will come back to you.
If you have an online account with us you can also mark this style with a heart on our website ‘Wishlist’ and we can monitor whether to produce this or not.

The item I'd like to purchase is out of stock, will there be a re-stock?

Where can I find product sizing information?

You can find our sizing chart on the item product page. There is a drop-down menu which expands to give further sizing info.

My order is faulty, what should I do?

All of our items are quality checked prior to shipping and it would be very rare to receive an order faulty. However, if this has happened either to the garment or in shipping please send us an email with the subject field marked as ‘Faulty Item Enquiry’

What is the delivery time?

Depending on delivery location delivery time can vary. We will endeavour to ship your order within 72 hours of receipt of payment. We will use a signed for / courier service which can take between 2-12 working days.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we receive your return and have checked these back into our facility we will process your refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear into your account.
